Healthy Oatmeal with Banana and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon flax
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- mashed banana
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and heat on stovetop for 3-5 minutes to thicken.
Allow mixture to cool and store in the fridge.
Reheat in microwave with a little almond milk as needed.
Note: Blackberries added as topping may be sour, so use sweet alternatives if desired.
