Healthy Oatmeal with Banana and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • mashed banana
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and heat on stovetop for 3-5 minutes to thicken.

  2. Allow mixture to cool and store in the fridge.

  3. Reheat in microwave with a little almond milk as needed.

  4. Note: Blackberries added as topping may be sour, so use sweet alternatives if desired.
