Maca Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp flax meal, chia or quick oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
In a Tupperware container, add all ingredients except for banana and give a quick stir.
Close Tupperware and place in fridge to thicken overnight.
Remove from fridge and mix in freshly mashed banana.
Stir to combine with a spoon, mashing any additional banana chunks you see.
Add in any extra toppings that please you and serve.
