Maca Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp flax meal, chia or quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a Tupperware container, add all ingredients except for banana and give a quick stir.

  2. Close Tupperware and place in fridge to thicken overnight.

  3. Remove from fridge and mix in freshly mashed banana.

  4. Stir to combine with a spoon, mashing any additional banana chunks you see.

  5. Add in any extra toppings that please you and serve.
