Maca Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • Maple syrup for pouring

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together and add in almond milk

  2. Stir and place in fridge overnight

  3. Add in mashed banana in the morning and serve with extra fruit and maple syrup because you deserve it
