Maca Cinnamon Overnight Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Preparation
Mix everything except the banana together and place in the fridge overnight.
When serving, mix in the mashed banana and serve with additional fruits and toppings of choice, such as strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and nibs.
