- 1-2 Frozen Banana
- 1 cup frozen Pineapple or mango
- 1/2 cup water or plant based milk
Peanut butter chocolate smoothie
- 2 frozen Banana
- 2 medjool Dates
- 1/2 tbsp cacao powder or small handful cacao nibs
- 1 big spoon peanut or almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup water or plant based milk
Pink power smoothie
- 2 frozen Banana
- 1 cup mango Mango
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 Pitatya or Acai packets!
- 1/2 cup water or plant based milk
