Ingredients

Greens smoothie

  • 1 big dino Kale or handful of spinach
  • 1-2 Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup frozen Pineapple or mango
  • 1/2 cup water or plant based milk

Peanut butter chocolate smoothie

  • 2 frozen Banana
  • 2 medjool Dates
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao powder or small handful cacao nibs
  • 1 big spoon peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup water or plant based milk

Pink power smoothie

  • 2 frozen Banana
  • 1 cup mango Mango
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Pitatya or Acai packets!
  • 1/2 cup water or plant based milk

Preparation
