Salty Date Shake with Caramel Flavor
Ingredients
- 3-4 medjool dates
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 ice cubes or frozen plant milk cubes
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- granola to serve (optional)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass jar and top with a little granola.
