Salty Date Shake with Caramel Flavor

Ingredients

  • 3-4 medjool dates
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 ice cubes or frozen plant milk cubes
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • granola to serve (optional)

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass jar and top with a little granola.

Tips

  1. This shake is a healthy sweet treat ideal for mid-afternoon to hold you over until dinner.
