Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 kiwi
- frozen blueberries
- 2 cubes of cantaloupe
- almond milk
- hemp seeds
- honey
Preparation
Slice the banana and kiwi into bite-sized pieces
Add the sliced fruits, frozen blueberries, and cantaloupe cubes to a bowl
Pour almond milk over the fruit mixture
Sprinkle hemp seeds and drizzle honey on top
