Healthy Acai Bowl with Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 packet frozen acai (or acai powder)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 3-4 slices zucchini
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen (optional)
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a food processor or strong blender.
Add liquid in intervals if you want your smoothie to be a bowl.
Try adding as little liquid as possible to achieve optimal thickness.
Top with the other half of the banana sliced up, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and some cacao nibs.
