Healthy Acai Bowl with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 packet frozen acai (or acai powder)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3-4 slices zucchini
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor or strong blender.

  2. Add liquid in intervals if you want your smoothie to be a bowl.

  3. Try adding as little liquid as possible to achieve optimal thickness.

  4. Top with the other half of the banana sliced up, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and some cacao nibs.
