Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas (peeled and sliced)
- 1-2 handfuls of frozen strawberries or blueberries
- 1 packet of frozen acai
- A splash of plant milk (oat, soy, or almond)
Toppings
- mango
- granola
- peanut butter
- hemp seeds
- goji berries
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a powerful blender until a soft serve-like consistency is reached, using a tamper or stopping to push down the mixture from the sides.
