Gingerbread Caramel Banana Bowl
Ingredients
- 6 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup plant milk (start with less)
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 0.25 tsp cardamom, ground
Topping
- Rawnola
- Caramel Sauce
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Stop a few times to scrape the sides of the blender or food processor, and if using a Vitamix, empty air bubbles from the bottom.
Serve in bowls and top with rawnola or granola and salted caramel.
