Gingerbread Caramel Banana Bowl

Ingredients

  • 6 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup plant milk (start with less)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 0.25 tsp cardamom, ground

Topping

  • Rawnola
  • Caramel Sauce

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Stop a few times to scrape the sides of the blender or food processor, and if using a Vitamix, empty air bubbles from the bottom.

  3. Serve in bowls and top with rawnola or granola and salted caramel.
