Gingerbread Caramel Banana Bowl

Ingredients

  • 6 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup plant milk (start with less)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp ground cardamom

Topping

  • Rawnola
  • Caramel Sauce

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth

  2. Stop occasionally to scrape the sides or remove air bubbles, especially if using a Vitamix

  3. Serve in bowls and top with rawnola or granola and salted caramel sauce
