Gingerbread Caramel Banana Bowl
Ingredients
- 6 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup plant milk (start with less)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp ground cardamom
Topping
- Rawnola
- Caramel Sauce
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth
Stop occasionally to scrape the sides or remove air bubbles, especially if using a Vitamix
Serve in bowls and top with rawnola or granola and salted caramel sauce
