Coffee Banana Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 5-6 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup plant milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together except the chocolate chips, then mix in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze to firm up for a scoopable texture like ice cream, or eat it right away.
Tips
For serving, top with homemade granola, additional chocolate chips, and powdered peanut butter.
