Mint Chocolate Chip Nice Cream Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 bag fresh spinach
- dash of plant milk
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- fresh mint
- cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Blend spinach and plant milk until completely smooth.
Blend the smooth mixture with frozen bananas and fresh mint until creamy and thick.
Stir in cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips.
Top with chocolate granola or other desired toppings.
