Mint Chocolate Chip Breakfast Ice Cream Bowl
Ingredients
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- few florets frozen steamed cauliflower
- large handful of fresh mint
- dash of green spirulina
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener
- approximately 4 tablespoons unsweetened yogurt
- chocolate sauce (either melted chocolate or cocoa powder mixed with water)
- cacao nibs
- dark chocolate chips
- salted dark chocolate granola
Preparation
Blend the bananas, cauliflower, mint, spirulina, sugar or sweetener, and yogurt until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate sauce and cacao nibs.
Top with additional chocolate sauce, dark chocolate chips, and salted dark chocolate granola.
