Vegan Snickers Nice Cream Bowl
Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4-5 tbsp almond milk
- Vegan chocolate
- Natural cashews
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
Mix the nice cream ingredients in a high speed blender until thick and creamy.
Melt vegan chocolate and cover natural cashews.
Top the nice cream bowl with chocolate-covered cashews and cacao nibs.
