Vegan Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup plant milk

Crunch

  • 55g chocolate chips
  • 65g roasted peanuts

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients until smooth.

  2. Add crunch toppings if desired and mix well.

  3. Freeze the mixture for at least 2 hours.
