Vegan Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plant milk
Crunch
- 55g chocolate chips
- 65g roasted peanuts
Preparation
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Add crunch toppings if desired and mix well.
Freeze the mixture for at least 2 hours.
