Chocolate Mint Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas (for keto or low carb diet, substitute with 1/2 avocado)
- 1/2 frozen avocado
- Handful of fresh mint
- 1/2 cup nut milk (coconut milk used)
- 1 scoop of 310nutrition Chocolate Mint
- 1 tsp Matcha
- 1 Tbsp vegan chocolate chips (100% Cacau from Santa Barbara Chocolate)
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
Preparation
In a high-speed blender (such as Vitamix), blend all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips and cacao nibs. Add more milk if needed to help with blending.
Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, add the chocolate chips and cacao nibs. Blend briefly to combine.
Serve the smoothie bowl with extra cacao nibs and chocolate chips as toppings.
