Creamy Vegan Chocolate Chip Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 tbsp nut butter of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Add everything except the chocolate chips to the blender.
Blend for about 1 minute, slowly increasing the speed.
Stop and stir.
Repeat the process until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips with a spatula or big spoon.
You can eat right then or put in the freezer to firm up a little bit.
