Healthy Vegan Cookie Dough Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (from a carton not a tin)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Heat the dates with the coconut milk in a pan until the dates are soften and the mixture is simmering.

  2. Add to a processor and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the oat flour and blend again.

  4. Allow to cool and mix in the chocolate chips!

  5. Makes four servings
