Healthy Vegan Cookie Dough Treat
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (from a carton not a tin)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup dates
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Heat the dates with the coconut milk in a pan until the dates are soften and the mixture is simmering.
Add to a processor and blend until smooth.
Add the oat flour and blend again.
Allow to cool and mix in the chocolate chips!
Makes four servings
