Edible Healthy Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • healthy cookie dough
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbs almond butter
  • 2 tbs oat milk
  • 5 dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 handfuls of chocolate chips (lol i never measure chocolate ?)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Place your chickpeas into a food processor and blend until somewhat mashed

  2. Add in the rest of your ingredients except the chocolate chips and continue blending until you have a cookie dough consistency

  3. Feel free to add more protein powder or nut milk as needed to reach your desired consistency

  4. The dough shouldn't be too sticky or too dry

  5. Then fold in your chocolate chips using a spatula and enjoy! you can also roll them up into little cookie dough balls and dip them into chocolate ? but I was too lazy and impatient so I just ate the cookie dough as is
