Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 3 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup dates soaked in warm water for 1-2 hours
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • sea salt

Preparation

  1. After you’ve soaked the dates, remove the pits and chop them

  2. Then add into a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Set aside

  3. In a blender, mix together the nice cream ingredients and blend

  4. Add to a bowl and swirl in the caramel layer
