Blueberry Acai Granola Pot
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup scoop-able frozen açaí
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 3 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- Splash of liquid
- Granola
Preparation
Blend the açaí, frozen blueberries, banana, coconut yoghurt, and liquid until smooth
Layer blueberries and granola in a pot or bowl.
Top the layers with the blended smoothie mixture.
Enjoy the dish, preferably in the morning
