Blueberry Acai Granola Pot

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup scoop-able frozen açaí
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt
  • Splash of liquid
  • Granola

Preparation

  1. Blend the açaí, frozen blueberries, banana, coconut yoghurt, and liquid until smooth

  2. Layer blueberries and granola in a pot or bowl.

  3. Top the layers with the blended smoothie mixture.

  4. Enjoy the dish, preferably in the morning
