Healthy Blueberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (almond butter recommended)
- 1 cup milk of choice (almond milk recommended)
- 1/2 cup yogurt of choice (Greek yogurt recommended)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
If necessary, add more liquid to thin out the smoothie.
Enjoy your smoothie with a total of 375 calories.
