Healthy Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (almond butter recommended)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond milk recommended)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt of choice (Greek yogurt recommended)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

  2. If necessary, add more liquid to thin out the smoothie.

  3. Enjoy your smoothie with a total of 375 calories.
