Blueberry Banana Spinach Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • handful frozen spinach
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • oat milk and water as needed

Toppings

  • fresh blueberries
  • homemade almond butter seed-ful granola

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until creamy.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh blueberries and granola.
