Veggie Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • Handful spinach
  • 1/4 courgette
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauli rice
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla matcha mix or 1 tsp matcha
  • 1/2 cup oat milk

Toppings

  • Generous sprinkle of granola

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings
