Banana Bread Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup of porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • loads of cinnamon
  • protein powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mash 1/2 the banana in a bowl?

  2. Add the oats, chia + hemp seeds, cinnamon and nutmeg to the bowl & mix

  3. Add around a cup of water(make make your oats more watery than usual if adding protein powder)

  4. Heat!I added it to the microwave bc I was sooo hungry and just wanted them to be ready- but using the hob also works

  5. Add protein powder, mix and serve

  6. Add any toppings you like
