Banana Bread Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup of porridge oats
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- loads of cinnamon
- protein powder (optional)
Preparation
Mash 1/2 the banana in a bowl?
Add the oats, chia + hemp seeds, cinnamon and nutmeg to the bowl & mix
Add around a cup of water(make make your oats more watery than usual if adding protein powder)
Heat!I added it to the microwave bc I was sooo hungry and just wanted them to be ready- but using the hob also works
Add protein powder, mix and serve
Add any toppings you like
