Chocolate Raspberry Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 cup of porridge oats (as many as you like basically)
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • cinnamon (as much as you like)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • non dairy milk
  • raspberry jam, fresh raspberries & choc for toppings - plus any other toppings you want :)

Preparation

  1. Add porridge oats, chia + hemp seeds, cinnamon & non dairy milk to a bowl (add more liquid than usual as you’re adding the protein powder in after)

  2. Heat on the stove / microwave?

  3. Stir in protein powder

  4. Add toppings! I added the jam, raspberry, sliced banana and 85% dark choc
