Chocolate Porridge with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings

  • chocolate brownie
  • Zobo caramelised banana
  • hazelnuts
  • frozen blueberries
  • raspberries
  • smooth peanut butter
  • milk chocolate

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine oats, almond milk, protein powder, and chia seeds.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and is creamy.

  3. Prepare the toppings: caramelize the banana using Zobo drink or a similar method, and ready the other items.

  4. Serve the porridge and top with chocolate brownie, caramelised banana, hazelnuts, blueberries, raspberries, peanut butter, and milk chocolate.
