Chocolate Porridge with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings
- chocolate brownie
- Zobo caramelised banana
- hazelnuts
- frozen blueberries
- raspberries
- smooth peanut butter
- milk chocolate
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine oats, almond milk, protein powder, and chia seeds.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and is creamy.
Prepare the toppings: caramelize the banana using Zobo drink or a similar method, and ready the other items.
Serve the porridge and top with chocolate brownie, caramelised banana, hazelnuts, blueberries, raspberries, peanut butter, and milk chocolate.
