Simple Matcha Latte Beverage
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Matcha
- 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk)
- 2 tsp maple syrup (or any sweetener)
- handful ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix matcha in a tiny bowl with 2 tsp of milk to make a thin paste, then add it to the milk to avoid lumps and achieve a beautiful color.
In a Mason jar or a big glass, add milk, matcha, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, then blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute using a hand blender or shake in a cocktail shaker for the same amount of time.
Pour the mixture into a serving glass filled with ice.
Optionally, add 1 tsp of coconut cream for a richer and creamier texture, but this is not required.
