Creamy Matcha Almond Milk Latte
Ingredients
- Matcha - 2 tsp
- Almond milk - 1 cup (or any other milk of your choice)
- Maple syrup - 2 tsp (or any sweetener)
- Ice cubes - handful
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- Cocktail shaker or Hand blender
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix matcha with 2 tsp of milk to create a thin paste, ensuring no lumps are formed and the color is vibrant.
In a mason jar or a large glass, combine milk, matcha paste, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
Use a hand blender to blend the mixture for 30 seconds to 1 minute until well combined and frothy. Alternatively, you can add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake for the same amount of time.
Pour the creamy matcha latte into a serving glass filled with ice cubes.
