Tropical Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 C frozen mango
  • 1/4 C frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 C coconut milk

Toppings

  • shredded coconut
  • sliced kiwi
  • @purely_elizabeth granola

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a Vitamix blender. Puree until thick and smooth - will need to use the tamper.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with shredded coconut, sliced kiwi, and purely elizabeth granola.

  3. Note: May need to use more coconut milk if you don’t have a high-speed blender like Vitamix.
