Tropical Mango Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 C frozen mango
- 1/4 C frozen pineapple
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 C coconut milk
Toppings
- shredded coconut
- sliced kiwi
- @purely_elizabeth granola
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a Vitamix blender. Puree until thick and smooth - will need to use the tamper.
Transfer to a bowl and top with shredded coconut, sliced kiwi, and purely elizabeth granola.
Note: May need to use more coconut milk if you don’t have a high-speed blender like Vitamix.
