Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen @pitayafoods pink pitaya
  • 1 @pitayafoods coconut pack
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • @suncorefoods blue spirulina
  • @my.body.right Superfood boost
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Toppings

  • Sprouted apple cinnamon granola, fresh figs, blackberries and dragonfruit

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top
