Purple Smoothie Bowl with Kiwi and Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas very ripe
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbs creamy vegan yogurt or coconut cream to creamy result
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or any favorite
  • 1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Blue Spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Pink Pitaya powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed food processor.

  2. Top with your favorite fruit and granola.
