Coconut Mango Turmeric Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any plant milk)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 of one Medjool date
  • 1 tsp Golden Milk Blend
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

Preparation

  1. Place a bowl in the freezer to chill.

  2. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor, and purée until smooth and thick.

  3. Transfer smoothie to chilled bowl and top with fresh fruit and unsweetened coconut flakes.
