Coconut Mango Turmeric Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any plant milk)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 of one Medjool date
- 1 tsp Golden Milk Blend
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
Preparation
Place a bowl in the freezer to chill.
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor, and purée until smooth and thick.
Transfer smoothie to chilled bowl and top with fresh fruit and unsweetened coconut flakes.
