Glowing Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice or Philosophie Love pumpkin blend
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric or Moodbeli’s turmeric tonic
  • 1 large scoop of favorite protein powder or Ripple Foods vanilla protein
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • Kite Hill Foods almond yogurt
  • Woodstock Foods almond butter
  • granola
  • coconut
  • star anise for decoration (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Top with almond yogurt, almond butter, granola, coconut, and star anise if desired.
