Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 4tbsp pumpkin purée
- 30g vanilla vegan protein
- 1.5tsp instant ground coffee
- 1.5tsp pumpkin spice mix
- 2 ice cubes
- 25ml unsweetened almond milk
- toppings: sliced banana, granola, almond butter, toasted coconut flakes, cacao nibs, pumpkin spice mix
Preparation
Blend the smoothie bowl ingredients together until smooth
Pour into a bowl and top with the toppings
