Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 30g vanilla vegan protein
  • 1.5 tsp instant ground coffee
  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin spice mix
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 25ml unsweetened almond milk

Toppings

  • Sliced banana
  • Granola
  • Almond butter
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Cacao nibs
  • Pumpkin spice mix

Preparation

  1. Blend the smoothie bowl ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with the toppings.
