Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 30g vanilla vegan protein
- 1.5 tsp instant ground coffee
- 1.5 tsp pumpkin spice mix
- 2 ice cubes
- 25ml unsweetened almond milk
Toppings
- Sliced banana
- Granola
- Almond butter
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Cacao nibs
- Pumpkin spice mix
Preparation
Blend the smoothie bowl ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with the toppings.
