Gingerbread Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150g frozen banana
  • 100g frozen cauliflower
  • 30g @myproteinuk vanilla soy isolate
  • 1 tbsp @myproteinuk cacao powder
  • some cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
  • 100ml almond milk

Toppings

  • ginger bread men
  • a spoonful of @manilife_ roasted peanut butter
  • @momafoods chocolate ginger granola
  • coconut
  • chocolate

Preparation

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a high speed blender.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  3. Decorate with gingerbread men, roasted peanut butter, chocolate ginger granola, coconut, and chocolate elements.

  4. Manilife peanut butter is recommended for best results.
