Green Goodness Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen apple
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • handful of spinach
  • some cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

Toppings

  • some apple
  • homemade hazelnut butter
  • sprinkle of seeds and puffed grains

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats and flax in almond milk.

  2. Blend the cooked mixture with the banana, apple, protein powder, spinach, cinnamon, and matcha powder.

  3. Top the blend with apple, hazelnut butter, and a sprinkle of seeds and puffed grains.
