Maple Soaked Cauliflower Oats

Ingredients

  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 5 tablespoons cauliflower rice
  • 3 tablespoons oats
  • some cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Toppings

  • 1/4 banana
  • pomegranate seeds
  • chocolate spread
  • mulberries
  • quinoa puffs
  • cacao nibs
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine almond milk, cauliflower rice, oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, flax seeds, and maple syrup in a bowl and let soak until desired consistency is reached

  2. Add toppings such as banana, pomegranate seeds, chocolate spread, mulberries, quinoa puffs, cacao nibs, and peanut butter before serving
