Maple Soaked Cauliflower Oats
Ingredients
- 250 ml almond milk
- 5 tablespoons cauliflower rice
- 3 tablespoons oats
- some cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Toppings
- 1/4 banana
- pomegranate seeds
- chocolate spread
- mulberries
- quinoa puffs
- cacao nibs
- peanut butter
Preparation
Combine almond milk, cauliflower rice, oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, flax seeds, and maple syrup in a bowl and let soak until desired consistency is reached
Add toppings such as banana, pomegranate seeds, chocolate spread, mulberries, quinoa puffs, cacao nibs, and peanut butter before serving
