Banana Carrot Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons carrot rice
  • 3 tablespoons cauliflower rice
  • 4 tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds

Toppings

  • peanut butter
  • quinoa puffs
  • vegan white chocolate
  • pomegranate seeds
  • mulberries
  • some nuts
  • shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Combine all base ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until oats are soft

  2. Top with the toppings and serve
