Ingredients

  • Spinach
  • Frozen banana
  • Frozen cauliflower rice
  • A few pieces courgette
  • 1 tsp milled flax
  • 1 spoon vanilla protein
  • 1/2 tsp matcha
  • Almond milk
  • A little honey and ginger kefir

Toppings

  • Frozen pomegranate
  • Blueberries
  • Bee pollen
  • Milled linseed
  • Mulberries

Preparation

  1. Blend all base ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top
