Ingredients
- Spinach
- Frozen banana
- Frozen cauliflower rice
- A few pieces courgette
- 1 tsp milled flax
- 1 spoon vanilla protein
- 1/2 tsp matcha
- Almond milk
- A little honey and ginger kefir
Toppings
- Frozen pomegranate
- Blueberries
- Bee pollen
- Milled linseed
- Mulberries
Preparation
Blend all base ingredients until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
