Pumpkin Cauliflower Zucchini Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soaked gf oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 grated courgette
- 1 spoon pumpkin purée
- Cinnamon
- Almond milk
- Pinch salt
- Squeeze agave
Toppings
- Fig and almond maca butter
- Bee pollen
- Milled linseed mulberries
Preparation
Combine all base ingredients in a bowl
Cook the mixture on the stove or microwave until heated through and desired consistency is reached
Add the toppings and serve
