Pumpkin Cauliflower Zucchini Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soaked gf oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 grated courgette
  • 1 spoon pumpkin purée
  • Cinnamon
  • Almond milk
  • Pinch salt
  • Squeeze agave

Toppings

  • Fig and almond maca butter
  • Bee pollen
  • Milled linseed mulberries

Preparation

  1. Combine all base ingredients in a bowl

  2. Cook the mixture on the stove or microwave until heated through and desired consistency is reached

  3. Add the toppings and serve
