Customizable Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl with Fruits and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 2 plump dates
  • 3/4 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Simmer all ingredients to desired thickness.

  2. Top with your favorite toppings, such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, puffed millet, coco sprouted granola, and pepitas.

  3. Garnish with a red petunia and a sprig of fresh mint from the garden, if available.
