Cozy Spiced Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy buckwheat cereal
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • apple wheels
  • chia pudding
  • peanut butter
  • goji berries
  • enjoylife chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, buckwheat cereal, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Add water and almond milk, and stir well.

  3. Cook on the stovetop over medium heat or in the microwave until thickened and creamy, about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Melt the enjoylife chocolate and drizzle it over the cooked mixture.

  5. Top with apple wheels, chia pudding, peanut butter, and goji berries.
