Cozy Spiced Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup creamy buckwheat cereal
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup almond milk
Toppings
- apple wheels
- chia pudding
- peanut butter
- goji berries
- enjoylife chocolate
Preparation
Combine oats, buckwheat cereal, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
Add water and almond milk, and stir well.
Cook on the stovetop over medium heat or in the microwave until thickened and creamy, about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Melt the enjoylife chocolate and drizzle it over the cooked mixture.
Top with apple wheels, chia pudding, peanut butter, and goji berries.
