Creamy Cozy Oatmeal Bowls
Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS: (makes 2)
- ▪️2 bananas (ripe & spotty)
- ▪️1 cup rolled oats
- ▪️2 TBS chia seeds
- ▪️1 tsp cinnamon
- ▪️pinch of sea salt
- ▪️1 cup water
- ▪️1 cup almond milk
- ▪️1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a small pot
Cook over low to medium heat, stirring and mashing banana as it cooks
Cook for 5-8 minutes until thick and creamy, stirring frequently, so it doesn’t burn
If you find it’s too thick just stir in a little more milk to reach desired consistency
Pop into two bowls and add desired toppings
I added: blueberries pumpkin seeds (pepitas) and a dollop of peanut butter
