Cozy Bowl of Turmeric Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of rolled oats in 1/3 cup of plant mylk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- dash of salt & pepper
- fruit
- berries and coconut yogurt
Preparation
Soak 1/3 cup of rolled oats in 1/3 cup of plant mylk for 10 minutes
Then add 1/2 cup water, bring to boil and lower heat to simmer for about 10 min
Remove from heat then stir in 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, dash of salt & pepper
I topped mine with fruit, berries and coconut yogurt
