Cozy Bowl of Turmeric Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of rolled oats in 1/3 cup of plant mylk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of salt & pepper
  • fruit
  • berries and coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Soak 1/3 cup of rolled oats in 1/3 cup of plant mylk for 10 minutes

  2. Then add 1/2 cup water, bring to boil and lower heat to simmer for about 10 min

  3. Remove from heat then stir in 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, dash of salt & pepper

  4. I topped mine with fruit, berries and coconut yogurt
