Vegan White Chocolate Coffee Courgette Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup jumbo/rolled oats
- small courgette, grated and squeezed
- 1/3 + 1/6 cup almond milk (or other milk)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or other sweetener)
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of vanilla powder
- squeeze of lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and bake in a preheated oven at fan 180°C for 25-30 mins
