Matcha Overnight Oats with Kiwiberries and Raisins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 2 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Matcha
  • 2 TBS chia seeds
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon

Optional toppings

  • Kiwiberries
  • Raisins

Preparation

  1. Add oats, milk, matcha powder and chia seeds together into mason jar or Tupperware

  2. Shake well, then add vanilla, maple syrup and cinnamon

  3. Stir until combined

  4. Cover then leave in refrigerator overnight

  5. Take it out, add toppings of choice and enjoy!
