Vanilla Cauli Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free soaked oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- oat milk (Oatly brand)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon flax (Yum and Yay brand)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein (Misfits Health brand)
Toppings
- mango
- pomegranate
- bee pollen
- peanut butter (Pip and Nut brand)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients from the 'Ingredients' section in a bowl or jar
Refrigerate overnight or for at least a few hours to allow soaking
Add the toppings from the 'Toppings' section before serving
