Vanilla Mango Oat Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free soaked oats
- 1 teaspoon flax
- pinch of salt
- skinny oat milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 spoon vanilla protein
Toppings
- mango
- maple peanut butter
Preparation
Soak the oats in advance if not already soaked
Mix the soaked oats with flax, salt, oat milk, egg white, and vanilla protein until well combined
Top the mixture with fresh mango and maple peanut butter before serving
